What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain software applications across internal and external products
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates to complete projects on time
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers
- Work with managers and stakeholders to resolve blockers that impact timelines
- Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions
- Meet productivity, quality, and goal expectations
- Follow all applicable privacy and security laws (including HIPAA and HITECH)
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 5–7 years of experience developing software using Microsoft’s platform
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming
- Understanding of the SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET/MVC, Web APIs, and React
- SQL Server development experience, including creating and modifying stored procedures
- Ability to collaborate well with team members
