What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deploy server-side applications that interface with Tilt clients and third parties
- Conduct security testing and code reviews to enhance system security
- Monitor and optimize system performance, fix bugs, and ensure reliable uptime
- Write automated tests, validate manually, and contribute to pull requests
- Maintain and improve the server application build and deployment pipeline
- Collaborate across teams to define and launch features aligned with business goals
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Help define and maintain API contracts with mobile clients and third-party integrations
- Stay current with .NET advancements and community best practices
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years building web APIs using .NET (C#)
- Experience with ORMs like Entity Framework
- Skilled in optimizing and writing complex RDMS queries
- Understanding of asynchronous programming patterns
- Comfortable using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Augment, Factory)
