  • Team: Engineering
  • Travel: Company offsites ~2x/year
  • Compensation: $120K–$195K base (multiple career levels) + equity

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy server-side application code and web APIs in .NET (C#)
  • Interface with third-party services and Tilt mobile clients; define clean server/client API contracts
  • Raise reliability: automated tests, targeted manual validation, fit-for-purpose architectures, crisp PRs
  • Monitor performance and production health; debug, fix, and iterate quickly
  • Harden security via code review and ongoing testing
  • Own CI/CD for the server app; streamline builds and releases
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics to define requirements and ship outcomes
  • Stay current on .NET announcements and community best practices; evaluate new tech for impact

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s in CS/SE or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years developing .NET (C#) web APIs
  • Hands-on with Entity Framework or similar ORM; strong RDBMS query chops
  • Comfortable with async programming models and distributed systems basics
  • Able to leverage AI dev tools (e.g., Cursor, Augment, Factory) to boost quality and velocity
  • Clear communicator who turns requirements into robust, maintainable solutions
