What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and refine prompts that guide AI models to extract structured data from unstructured documents
- Research, propose, and implement new approaches to improve speed, scalability, and accuracy
- Apply a product-focused mindset to deliver meaningful impact
- Break down complex problems into actionable work for yourself and others
- Champion AI-assisted coding techniques to boost efficiency
- Build automation tools to reduce developer toil and maintain quality
- Mentor engineers and share best practices in coding and AI adoption
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Python development experience
- Previous experience with AI model guidance or AI-assisted coding
- Familiarity with C# or similar programming languages
- Knowledge of medical systems (EMRs, insurance payments, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with database schema modeling
