- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Must work PST timezone, 8:00am–5:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Lead a hybrid onshore/offshore team building and maintaining financial data pipelines
- Design technical solutions and perform code reviews to ensure best practices
- Write clean, scalable Python code with OOP principles
- Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines for Snowflake and PostgreSQL
- Partner with data science teams to build reporting, analytics, and models
- Drive low-code and AI adoption, including LLM and agentic solutions, into financial data systems
- Support incident response and ensure system reliability for high-volume transactions
What You Need
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of professional software or data engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake
- Hands-on AWS experience (SQS, Lambda, VPCs, EC2)
- Experience applying LLMs or agentic AI in practical systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce integrations
