- Must be clearable to Secret clearance level
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain computer systems, networks, and personal computing equipment
- Install and troubleshoot PCs, servers, cables, modems, PBXs, and network software
- Provide help desk-style user support via phone, in-person, or remote tools
- Maintain network diagrams, trouble logs, and documentation
- Develop training materials and train users in hardware/software operations
- Collaborate with users and staff to assess system needs and implement improvements
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Advanced technical troubleshooting and network support skills
- Strong experience supporting users in dynamic IT environments
- Must be eligible for Secret clearance
