Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (Dallas, Texas, United States)
  • Travel: occasional, ideally once per year
  • Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonus potential (up to 10%)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize web applications using C#/VB.Net, REST APIs (WebApi 2 or ASP MVC), and SQL
  • Support backend development to ensure secure, reliable data handling within the application architecture
  • Maintain existing integrations and applications written in VB.Net
  • Migrate VB.Net Framework apps/sites to C# .NET Core
  • Build new integrations between ERP systems and UKG Ready in C#
  • Collaborate with teammates on troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, scalability, and performance across the codebase

What You Need

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on web development experience using .NET technologies
  • Strong skills in C#/VB.Net, REST APIs (WebApi 2 or ASP MVC), and SQL
  • Experience maintaining and improving backend processing and integrations
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Acumatica and Sage Intacct (preferred)
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, cloud environments, and CI/CD
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
