This is a senior integration seat for someone who can build clean interfaces and keep them stable when production gets messy. You’ll lead payer-focused integrations across a BPaaS platform, own API and ETL strategy, and troubleshoot complex issues tied to platforms like HealthEdge, Salesforce, and Edifecs.

What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement scalable integration solutions for healthcare payer workflows and data exchange
- Design and optimize APIs, ETL pipelines, and EDI file exchanges
- Partner with solution architects, engineering leads, and delivery teams to align technical execution with client needs
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Monitor and resolve complex production integration issues with strong root-cause thinking
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of software development and systems integration experience
- Expertise in at least two of: HealthEdge, Salesforce, Edifecs
- Strong Java proficiency plus advanced experience in C# or C++
- Deep knowledge of payer interoperability standards and formats (EDI, HL7, FHIR)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale integrations in healthcare environments
