What You’ll Do
- Provide unmatched customer service across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, forums, and reputation platforms
- Proactively monitor social channels to resolve questions, issues, and product inquiries
- Use customer service and order management tools to solve problems or escalate efficiently
- Track, process, and fulfill product requests for sponsorships, influencers, and affiliates
- Support influencer and brand commitments by coordinating shipments and tracking updates
- Moderate and respond to product reviews and Q&A across RealTruck web properties
- Solicit and manage off-site reviews to grow brand reputation
- Report on engagement trends and implement strategies to improve social interaction
- Jump in on special projects and initiatives within the marketing team
What You Need
- High school diploma required; some college or eCommerce experience preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or social media engagement experience
- Strong writing skills with the ability to engage audiences professionally and authentically
- Comfort managing multiple conversations, platforms, and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organization skills
- Reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
- Experience with influencers or affiliate programs is a plus
Work Details
- Remote, U.S.-based
- Minimal travel (10% or less)
- Standard sedentary remote office requirements (computer-based work)
