About VaVa Virtual Assistants
VaVa Virtual Assistants, based in Atlanta, GA, connects businesses with skilled virtual professionals across multiple industries. While our team is fully remote, we foster community through daily collaboration, virtual gatherings, and a shared commitment to excellence. Schedule

  • Contract position, remote within the U.S.
  • Must be available at least 20 hours per week, primarily during Monday–Friday business hours.
  • Some evening or weekend flexibility may be required based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for clients.
  • Manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and design simple, professional graphics.
  • Monitor platforms, define target audiences, and track KPIs to grow brand presence.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
  • Utilize scheduling and management tools to optimize workflows.
  • Maintain consistent, grammatically correct, and brand-aligned communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and internal team members.
  • Manage competing priorities with strong time management and organization.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Provide additional social media support tasks as requested.

Requirements

  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • 2+ years of proven social media management or related experience.
  • 2+ years working in a virtual role.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms, scheduling tools, and graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Slack.
  • Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail, brand voice, and grammar.
  • Ability to balance multiple client accounts and deliver on deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive problem-solver.
