- Occasional on-site presence required for meetings, training, or company events
What You’ll Do
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, access, and performance tuning
- Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of ServiceNow System Administration experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
