What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SPM, and more
⦁ Translate business needs into clean, scalable ServiceNow platform solutions that leverage native capabilities
⦁ Design and guide integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (ex: Oracle ERP, CRM platforms)
⦁ Partner with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to ensure smooth delivery and strong platform governance
⦁ Drive best practices across coding standards, performance, scalability, and maintainability
⦁ Support upgrade and patch planning and stay current on new ServiceNow features and releases
⦁ Build proposals with cost estimates and implementation timelines
⦁ Support change management so new functionality actually gets adopted (not ignored)

What You Need
⦁ 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience
⦁ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
⦁ Strong knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
⦁ Experience designing custom apps and workflows within ServiceNow
⦁ Solid understanding of ITIL processes
⦁ Confidence collaborating directly with stakeholders and customers
⦁ Ability to design integration frameworks across enterprise platforms
