What You’ll Do
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that supports complex objectives
• Establish and manage technical governance, standards, and leading practices for the ServiceNow platform
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and confirm interpretation of client needs
• Design ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM and security or regulatory disciplines
• Produce detailed functional design documentation that matches customer requirements
• Configure and engineer ServiceNow to automate ITIL processes and improve operational outcomes
• Lead or guide development teams while managing customer and stakeholder expectations
• Support business growth by contributing input to opportunities and solution direction

What You Need
• 10+ years of experience overall, with 8+ years in ServiceNow platform engineering
• Strong ITSM experience including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management, plus security or regulatory disciplines
• Proven experience delivering major ServiceNow implementations spanning ITSM and security or regulatory work
• Hands on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Catalog, SLAs, Knowledge Management, and Discovery
• Strong experience with workflows, tables, scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and integrations
• Solid understanding of enterprise security architecture, middleware, discovery technologies, data modeling, and database design concepts
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
