Support life-saving work from home as a Service Desk Technician with Digitech, part of the Sarnova family of companies. In this role, you’ll be the first line of help for internal and external users, troubleshooting technical issues, updating documentation, and keeping critical EMS billing systems running smoothly.

Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote (United States)
  • Must be able to work an on-call rotation
  • Weekend and holiday shifts required at times to meet client demand

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users via tickets, email, and other channels
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and desktop issues, primarily in Windows environments
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technicians or specialized teams when needed
  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and process documentation
  • Follow established procedures and documentation to resolve support requests
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and assist during weekends/holidays as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Need

  • High school diploma required
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent work experience
  • Strong desktop support skills, especially with Windows systems
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation
  • Prior remote work experience preferred
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
