Schedule
- Full-time, remote role.
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Global team, but strict EST alignment required.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain advanced, responsive websites from custom Figma designs.
- Lead technical development with PHP, WordPress, and API integrations.
- Ensure high code quality, QA testing, and performance optimization.
- Act as a technical lead in client meetings, translating goals into solutions.
- Guide other developers with architecture and workflow best practices.
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress (custom themes, ACF, hooks, post types).
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO and web security standards.
- Experience with Git, QA testing, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage complex projects.
Nice to Have
- Shopify custom theme/app development.
- Familiarity with AI agents or workflow automation (e.g., n8n).
- Passion for AI and digital innovation.
