We’re built on quality, innovation, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a Senior Web Developer who can help us push boundaries even further.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with designers and UI/UX specialists to build complex, responsive websites from Figma designs.
- Take ownership of code quality, perform QA, and ensure high development standards.
- Work with custom PHP backends, advanced WordPress setups, and API integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, REST APIs for dynamic data and CRM syncing).
- Guide developers on architecture and technical decisions; provide input during project scoping and quoting.
- Attend client meetings as a technical lead, translating goals into actionable strategies.
- Develop advanced WordPress components: custom themes, HTML templates, and ACF fields.
- Build scalable landing pages, optimize performance, and maintain clean, maintainable code.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (hard requirement, regardless of location).
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress (custom themes, hooks, ACF, custom post types).
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO best practices, semantic HTML, structured data, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with web security standards (HTTPS, input validation, API security, WordPress/PHP security).
- Skilled with Git and modern development workflows.
- Experience with QA testing, performance tuning, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify (custom themes/apps).
- Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools (e.g., n8n).
- Passion for AI technologies and digital innovation.
