Schedule
- Fully remote with occasional on-site design meetings in Richmond, VA
- Standard 40-hour workweek with flexibility for personal schedules
- Minimal travel required
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX design for small to large-scale software projects
- Conduct user research, discovery, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, workflows, and user journeys to deliver intuitive experiences
- Partner with stakeholders to align business goals with user needs
- Advocate for strong UX practices and support teammates with feedback
What You Need
- 4–10 years of UX design experience
- Proven ability to design for custom and complex web applications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision)
- Experience with contextual inquiry, user research, and UX artifacts (wireframes, user journeys, service blueprints)
- Ability to commute periodically to Richmond, VA for client meetings
