What You’ll Do
- Design and lead end-to-end mixed-methods research that shapes how patients and providers engage with care before, during, and after sessions
- Explore how AI can meaningfully improve access, personalization, and transparency across the therapy journey
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data science to turn insights into product strategy
- Build trust with leadership by delivering crisp, strategic recommendations rooted in research
- Contribute to the company-wide AI experience roadmap through cross-functional research
What You Need
- 5+ years of UX research experience within product-driven organizations
- Deep expertise in both generative and evaluative methods, qualitative and quantitative
- Experience researching AI/ML-powered experiences (e.g., explainability, trust, human-AI collaboration)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership through data-backed insights
- Strong communication and synthesis skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-growth consumer tech
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or lean innovation models
- Thought leadership in AI/UX (talks, publications, or community engagement)
- Experience with voice, multimodal, or conversational AI interfaces
- Comfort with tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL
