What You’ll Do
- Execute large-scale Genesys Cloud projects (upgrades, migrations, new feature rollouts)
- Provide expert support for complex technical issues (troubleshooting, integrations, performance tuning)
- Mentor and lead engineers; support professional development and team collaboration
- Own contact center implementation and support through all project stages
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, clients, and partners
- Follow implementation standards and change control processes
- Analyze voice and data networks as needed and recommend solutions
- Create/modify project artifacts and deliverables, including change management documentation
- Support cloud infrastructure and automation tools through the software lifecycle
- Document cloud architecture/security measures and participate in client audits
- Lead performance testing, chaos engineering, and remediation for continual improvement
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cloud services consumed by the business
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience (6+ preferred)
- Extensive Genesys Cloud experience (advanced configuration, architecture, integrations)
- Call flow development experience using Genesys Architect
- Strong leadership/mentoring experience with senior technical teams
- Strong technical problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with tools/tech including:
- Wireshark
- Microsoft Server, DHCP/DNS
- Hyper-V, VMware ESXi
- Visio, Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Software development experience (Java, C#.NET, Python, PHP, web scripting/tools/methods)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with audience awareness
Preferred
- AWS knowledge
- Certifications (Genesys, Cisco, Microsoft, Cloud, VMware)
- Background supporting State/Federal government work

- Salary range: $110,000–$150,000/year
