What You’ll Do
- Lead high-impact product demos for prospects and clients, translating AI and automation into clear business value
- Use hands-on RCM experience (billing, AR, coding, denials, etc.) to build credibility with operators and leaders
- Design and run proof-of-concepts (POCs) with client teams to validate outcomes and technical fit
- Partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle (discovery to close) as the domain and technical expert
- Maintain and optimize demo environments, handling configuration and basic customizations
- Funnel real customer feedback into product and engineering to shape roadmap decisions
What You Need
- 5+ years hands-on experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, AR, coding, denials, etc.) or revenue-cycle-focused healthcare consulting
- 3+ years solutions engineering / pre-sales experience in SaaS
- Strong healthcare IT workflow understanding (EHRs, revenue cycle workflows)
- Proven ability to demo and present to everyone from end users to executives
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex technical evaluations
- Ability to translate technical capability into business impact, clearly and confidently
