What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable backend and full-stack systems supporting high-volume healthcare operations
- Partner with product, design, and client solutions teams to ship new capabilities and integrations
- Lead technical design and architectural decisions focused on reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Improve performance using CI/CD, observability tooling, and resilient infrastructure practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and raise uptime using data-driven insights
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the team
- Own work end-to-end from design through deployment and iteration
What You Need
- 5+ years building and shipping production web applications
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ownership mindset and interest in improving systems and processes
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, high-availability, or regulated environments
