Build the core tech behind Pomelo’s virtual care platform, and help push AI-powered clinician tools from “cool idea” to “daily essential.” This is a senior, product-minded engineering role for someone who likes ambiguity, talks to users, and ships systems that actually matter.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and a product mindset: you’d rather understand the user than blindly follow a spec
  • Interest in agentic tooling and using modern AI capabilities to speed delivery and increase impact
  • Track record of delivering elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems

Nice to Have

  • AI/ML experience, NLP exposure, or building agent-based systems

Quick gut-check: this role screams “senior product engineer with real production chops.” If someone’s resume is mostly tickets and not outcomes, they’ll drown here. If they ship, own, and talk to users, they’ll thrive.
