Schedule
- Remote-first (US Remote)
- Work with a team distributed across multiple time zones
- Agile environment with two-week sprints and end-to-end service ownership (build, deploy, support)
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-performing C#/.NET services and RESTful APIs powering core platform capabilities
- Improve engineering excellence through code quality standards, automated testing, and observability practices
- Mentor junior engineers through reviews, pairing, and hands-on guidance
- Collaborate with offshore and distributed partners through thoughtful code reviews and feedback
- Partner with Product Owners, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver complex, cross-team initiatives
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#
- 5+ years of experience building APIs with ASP.NET Web API
- Expert knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices
- Strong experience with .NET data access (ADO.NET, Dapper, Entity Framework, or similar)
- Advanced MSSQL skills including data modeling, query optimization, and stored procedure development
- Strong unit and integration testing experience
- Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving
- Comfortable working across time zones with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and modern testing practices
