What You’ll Do
- Lead development of software solutions from design through deployment, ensuring requirements are met or exceeded
- Design and implement modules, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and propose resolutions
- Evaluate and adopt new tools, techniques, and coding standards where appropriate
- Support requirements elicitation and definition with stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews, integrate coded modules, and remediate defects
- Guide and support other developers through coaching, training, and issue resolution
- Support users by troubleshooting production logs and data
- Estimate level of effort for Scrum Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
- Create and complete PBIs for web applications using .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL
- Perform Scrum QA for web applications and present solutions to internal stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc and routine privileged database operations
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience with:
- Microsoft Visual C#
- ASP.NET MVC
- JavaScript
- Telerik Kendo UI
- SQL Server / Azure SQL (T-SQL)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Ability to work remotely and meet regularly via Teams/Zoom
- Ability to perform work in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality policies
