  • Full-time, remote (United States)
  • Core availability required: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Central Time

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of software solutions from design through deployment, ensuring requirements are met or exceeded
  • Design and implement modules, perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and propose resolutions
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools, techniques, and coding standards where appropriate
  • Support requirements elicitation and definition with stakeholders
  • Conduct code reviews, integrate coded modules, and remediate defects
  • Guide and support other developers through coaching, training, and issue resolution
  • Support users by troubleshooting production logs and data
  • Estimate level of effort for Scrum Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
  • Create and complete PBIs for web applications using .NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL
  • Perform Scrum QA for web applications and present solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc and routine privileged database operations
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience with:
    • Microsoft Visual C#
    • ASP.NET MVC
    • JavaScript
    • Telerik Kendo UI
    • SQL Server / Azure SQL (T-SQL)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Ability to work remotely and meet regularly via Teams/Zoom
  • Ability to perform work in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality policies
