What You’ll Do
⦁ Design, build, and deploy core features for the Hot Shot Marketplace bookings funnel, improving the customer journey end-to-end
⦁ Lead development across front end and back end (React, Next.js, GraphQL, Postgres), with a strong emphasis on front-end architecture and performance
⦁ Improve reliability and performance across booking notifications, tracking, and follow-up workflows
⦁ Build the foundation for next-generation post-booking architecture with cleaner component structures, better API design, and clearer separation of concerns
⦁ Partner with product, design, and engineering to plan initiatives and ship fast, high-quality outcomes
⦁ Triage and resolve production issues quickly, with a target of fixing bugs within 48 hours
⦁ Contribute to a culture of clear communication, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
What You Need
⦁ 6+ years of advanced front-end engineering experience with deep expertise in component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
⦁ 6+ years of back-end experience with Postgres and GraphQL, including writing performant SQL queries
⦁ Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable systems while balancing speed and long-term code health
⦁ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, alignment-driven approach
