What You’ll Do

  • Build responsive, accessible, and optimized web or mobile experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or similar frameworks)
  • Use Node.js to support frontend architecture, tooling, and server-side rendering for scalable web applications
  • Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services in collaboration with backend engineers
  • Partner with product managers and designers to translate user needs into clear technical solutions
  • Ensure frontend security, scalability, and performance across features and releases
  • Test and debug to maintain high-quality UI and user experiences
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative engineering practices
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to shared internal knowledge
  • Help shape team culture through inclusive collaboration and high standards
  • Lead initiatives as needed and mentor junior developers

What You Need

  • 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and a modern framework (React, Vue, etc.)
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
  • Experience with performance optimization and web accessibility
  • Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing tools (Jest, Selenium, Cypress)
  • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead projects, work independently, and drive technical initiatives
