What You’ll Do
- Build responsive, accessible, and optimized web or mobile experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or similar frameworks)
- Use Node.js to support frontend architecture, tooling, and server-side rendering for scalable web applications
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services in collaboration with backend engineers
- Partner with product managers and designers to translate user needs into clear technical solutions
- Ensure frontend security, scalability, and performance across features and releases
- Test and debug to maintain high-quality UI and user experiences
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative engineering practices
- Maintain documentation and contribute to shared internal knowledge
- Help shape team culture through inclusive collaboration and high standards
- Lead initiatives as needed and mentor junior developers
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and a modern framework (React, Vue, etc.)
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
- Experience with performance optimization and web accessibility
- Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing tools (Jest, Selenium, Cypress)
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to lead projects, work independently, and drive technical initiatives
