Compensation: $145,000–$209,000 USD (equity eligible; total package varies by experience and location)

What You’ll Do

  • Build software and tooling for Enterprise Data Services, supporting industry-leading data products for major sports and entertainment partners
  • Mentor engineers on the team and help raise technical capability across the group
  • Lead by example with clean, well-tested code, strong documentation, runbooks, and operational excellence
  • Partner with Product to define requirements and deliver complex data-driven products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to improve data quality and establish best practices

What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data-focused product development
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency
  • Experience delivering enterprise data products with operational excellence in mind
  • Experience with streaming data and data warehousing environments
  • Strong experience with DBT and Kafka
