Compensation: $145,000–$209,000 USD (equity eligible; total package varies by experience and location)
What You’ll Do
- Build software and tooling for Enterprise Data Services, supporting industry-leading data products for major sports and entertainment partners
- Mentor engineers on the team and help raise technical capability across the group
- Lead by example with clean, well-tested code, strong documentation, runbooks, and operational excellence
- Partner with Product to define requirements and deliver complex data-driven products
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to improve data quality and establish best practices
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data-focused product development
- Expert-level SQL and strong Python proficiency
- Experience delivering enterprise data products with operational excellence in mind
- Experience with streaming data and data warehousing environments
- Strong experience with DBT and Kafka
