What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines that ingest from multiple sources and normalize data for company-wide use
  • Lead design and development of scalable data infrastructure using tools like dbt, Dagster, Beam, and Dataflow
  • Write clean, performant SQL and Python to turn raw data into actionable, production-ready datasets
  • Architect data models and transformations for operational analytics and data-driven product features
  • Mentor other engineers through code reviews, best practices, and thoughtful technical guidance
  • Partner with product, clinical, and analytics teams to translate needs into infrastructure that unlocks insight and impact
  • Optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and cost

What You Need

  • 5+ years building high-quality, scalable data systems and pipelines
  • Expert SQL + Python, with strong data modeling and transformation fundamentals
  • Hands-on dbt experience and pipeline orchestration experience (Dagster, Beam, Dataflow, or similar)
  • Experience with modern data stack and cloud data warehouse design principles
  • Track record shipping maintainable solutions that drive real business outcomes
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a “find the leverage” mindset

  • Experience in a product-oriented, high-velocity environment where data drives decisions
