What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered tools that extract structured data from unstructured documents
- Develop and refine prompts, models, and automation workflows for scalable use
- Drive product-focused engineering projects with a clear mission impact
- Mentor peers and champion modern coding practices, including AI-assisted dev workflows
- Contribute to architecture decisions and system-level design
What You Need
- 5+ years of Python development experience
- Familiarity with C# or similar languages
- Prior experience guiding AI models or using AI-assisted coding
- Knowledge of database schema modeling
- Bonus: Understanding of EMRs, insurance systems, or healthcare software
