What You’ll Do
⦁ Design and implement a modern self-service resource provisioning platform for application teams
⦁ Build scalable, secure, reliable infrastructure solutions that improve developer experience
⦁ Lead implementation enabling engineers to deploy code safely, quickly, and easily
⦁ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver platform capabilities end to end
⦁ Automate developer pain away by building robust compute infrastructure
⦁ Participate in peer code reviews and raise quality across the team
⦁ Approach work with a performance lens, helping teams identify and resolve bottlenecks
⦁ Mentor mid to early career engineers and share learnings across the org
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years professional software development experience
⦁ 3+ years managing and provisioning Kubernetes clusters in production
⦁ 3+ years with service mesh tech (e.g., Istio) for traffic management, security, and observability
⦁ 3+ years managing cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure), including compute, networking, IAM, and storage
⦁ Experience managing TLS certificates, including automation and Kubernetes integration
⦁ Hands-on experience deploying Kubernetes applications using Helm
⦁ Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, ingress, firewalls, VPN)
⦁ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS + 4 years relevant experience)
