What You’ll Do
• Own firewall strategy and operations with strong Palo Alto expertise
• Support WAF and load balancer security controls
• Design and secure Azure network architecture: virtual networks, hybrid connectivity, DNS, and threat management
• Support cloud security and compliance with industry security standards
• Research and architect solutions to meet security and compliance requirements
• Assess current security posture and target architecture, then map a practical path to close gaps
• Work directly with customers on implementations and provide cloud security guidance
• Contribute to platform development when needed using cloud-native tools and languages
What You Need
• 10+ years of security engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Azure experience (cloud networking + security)
• Deep Palo Alto firewall expertise
• Strong knowledge of WAF/load balancer security
• Solid cloud network fundamentals: VNets, hybrid connectivity, DNS, network threat management
• Experience supporting security compliance standards in enterprise environments
• Ability to translate security posture assessments into actionable architecture and implementation plans
• Comfortable working with customers and stakeholders on delivery and guidance
Nice to Have
• Ability to support platform development using Go, Python, Node, Terraform (or similar)
