This role supports enterprise SAP development and migration efforts, helping move CRM functionality onto S/4HANA while maintaining performance, compliance, and long-term maintainability.

What You’ll Do
- Support the development and modernization of a large government enterprise SAP environment
- Lead and contribute hands-on to SAP CRM to S/4HANA migration efforts
- Build and enhance core SAP ABAP CRM functionality and support S/4HANA CRM table structures/fields, APIs, BAPIs, and function modules
- Produce high-level technical designs and recommend best practices aligned to Clean Core principles
- Develop using SAP ABAP and related frameworks and tools, including:
- BADIs, BAPIs, LSMW, ALE, RFC calls, IDOC, BDC
- Business objects, classes/methods
- Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts
- Data Dictionary and ALV
- Contribute to Fiori UI5 development and support UI architecture decisions and patterns
- Support code remediation and migration of custom code from legacy CRM to S/4HANA using Clean Core frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
What You Need
- U.S. citizenship (no dual citizenship) and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years of professional experience may substitute)
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of SAP development experience
- Experience with SAP CRM to S/4HANA migration (required)
- Senior-level hands-on SAP ABAP CRM development experience (required)
- SAP Fiori UI5 experience (required)
- Strong SAP CRM knowledge including S/4HANA CRM table structures and common APIs/BAPIs/function modules
- Ability to create high-level technical designs and recommend best practices aligned to Clean Core principles
