Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (U.S.)
- Reports to Manager/Senior Manager, Technology Quality Engineering
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and offshore testing partners
What You’ll Do
- Lead quality engineering across the full lifecycle of projects and sprints
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts, test plans, and strategies
- Own defect analysis, regression test automation, and results documentation
- Partner with analysts, developers, and business users to validate new functionality
- Facilitate UAT and operational readiness testing as SME
- Analyze production defects and prevent recurrences through regression coverage
- Write SQL queries and create automated API test scripts to validate systems
- Contribute to process improvements, test automation, and onboarding documentation
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience building automation frameworks and writing scripts (Selenium, Cypress, NightwatchJS, QTP, etc.)
- Proficiency in Java or JavaScript
- Experience testing databases (SQL Server, NoSQL, BigQuery)
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest-Assured, SoapUI, etc.)
- Familiarity with BDD/TDD (Cucumber/Gherkin preferred)
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000/year
