Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Quality Engineering leadership role reporting to Technology QE Management
- Collaboration with developers, product managers, and offshore QE teams
What You’ll Do
- Own quality engineering across the full sprint lifecycle, from conception to implementation
- Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts; maintain test result documentation and processes
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) as SME
- Identify, log, and track defects to closure, ensuring regression controls prevent repeat issues
- Build and maintain automated regression test suites to optimize time and resources
- Collaborate with developers to proactively improve product and process quality
- Write SQL queries and API test scripts to validate system functions
- Document processes, test artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials for new team members
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience building frameworks and writing automated scripts (Selenium, Cypress, QTP, NightwatchJS, Codeception, mabl, etc.)
- Hands-on coding with Java or JavaScript
- Database testing experience (SQL Server, NoSQL, BigQuery)
- API testing and automation experience with tools like Rest-Assured, SoapUI, Postman, or SOAtest
- Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
Compensation
- Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
