Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Quality Engineering leadership role reporting to Technology QE Management
  • Collaboration with developers, product managers, and offshore QE teams

What You’ll Do

  • Own quality engineering across the full sprint lifecycle, from conception to implementation
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts; maintain test result documentation and processes
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) as SME
  • Identify, log, and track defects to closure, ensuring regression controls prevent repeat issues
  • Build and maintain automated regression test suites to optimize time and resources
  • Collaborate with developers to proactively improve product and process quality
  • Write SQL queries and API test scripts to validate system functions
  • Document processes, test artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials for new team members

What You Need

  • 5+ years of experience building frameworks and writing automated scripts (Selenium, Cypress, QTP, NightwatchJS, Codeception, mabl, etc.)
  • Hands-on coding with Java or JavaScript
  • Database testing experience (SQL Server, NoSQL, BigQuery)
  • API testing and automation experience with tools like Rest-Assured, SoapUI, Postman, or SOAtest
  • Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams

Compensation

  • Salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
  • Eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term compensation
