What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of automated test strategies using Cypress and Cucumber BDD
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks that plug cleanly into CI/CD pipelines
- Drive best practices in test automation and raise quality standards across projects
- Mentor junior QA engineers through training, script reviews, and consistent automation approaches
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate automation into the full SDLC
- Evaluate and introduce new testing tools to improve efficiency and test coverage
- Run performance and security testing to identify stability issues and vulnerabilities
- Design test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end validation
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide root cause analysis on automation issues
- Flag risks, coverage gaps, and quality improvements that influence product roadmaps
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 5 years of relevant experience
OR equivalent combination of education and experience in QA automation, software engineering, or SDET work - Strong automation skills with Cypress and Cucumber (highly preferred)
- Functional knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Understanding of testing methodologies and automation best practices
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL database concepts
- Comfortable in Agile environments and able to present information clearly to management
- Bonus: certifications in automation tools and/or Agile methodologies

Pay Range: $105,000 – $132,000/yr.
