Portfolio-level ownership across credit risk, AI/ML, automation, and analytics initiatives
Cross-functional partnership with stakeholders in business, credit, finance, IT, and operations

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise-level data science and advanced analytics projects across credit risk, AI/ML, automation, and business analytics
  • Own project plans, timelines, communication, and budget adherence while aligning work to strategic goals
  • Manage credit-focused initiatives while also overseeing AI and non-credit projects tied to growth and operational efficiency
  • Mentor Decision Science team members through feedback, training, and execution support
  • Define scope, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders and build accountability across teams
  • Oversee prioritization and execution across the full Decision Science project portfolio
  • Communicate progress, findings, and business impact to senior leadership with executive-ready clarity
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects (people, budget, technical capacity)
  • Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Champion governance, documentation, and best practices to continuously improve how the team ships

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, business management, or related field (master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in data-driven environments and consumer lending/finance
  • Working knowledge of development and design software tools used in technical teams
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL (enough to speak the language and manage technical delivery well)

Pay Range: $95,000 – $110,000/yr.
