This role supports the Massachusetts EOHHS program (MassHealth Office of Long-Term Services and Support), providing provider education, in-person assessments, and call center support across the state. Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Candidates must reside in Massachusetts

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day program operations to ensure contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and drive efficiency improvements
  • Partner with project and executive leadership on strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans
  • Supervise and develop key project staff, supporting a motivated, cohesive team culture
  • Set, monitor, and adjust performance goals for the program and staff; track progress against targets
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally while protecting service levels
  • Build and maintain SOPs, policies, and workflows that drive consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L performance to meet financial objectives
  • Lead process improvements and corrective action plans to strengthen outcomes and quality
  • Manage client relationships and ensure delivery against contract expectations and SLAs
  • Serve as a primary liaison with internal teams, partners, funders, and auditors to address risk and remove roadblocks
  • Ensure compliance with program business rules and state/federal regulations
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
  • Residency in Massachusetts (required)
  • 3–5 years of progressive people management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management
  • Ability to lead in a compliance-heavy environment with high service expectations
