What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver motion assets across marketing, paid social, and product storytelling
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life through animation
  • Build and evolve SeatGeek’s motion language with toolkits, templates, and scalable systems
  • Balance craft and speed in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment
  • Stay ahead of creative trends, new formats, and evolving tools, including AI-assisted workflows
  • Collaborate across brand, growth, product, and partnerships so every piece supports the mission of making live experiences better

What You Need

  • 7+ years of motion design experience in brand, agency, or media environments
  • A standout portfolio showcasing strong storytelling and elevated design taste
  • Experience creating motion systems and templates that scale across teams
  • Deep skills in After Effects, Premiere, and Figma, with familiarity in 3D or mixed-media workflows
  • Strong conceptual thinking and an ability to articulate the “why” behind motion choices
  • Detail-oriented craftsmanship and genuine love for sports, concerts, and live events
