What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, secure, high-quality software products
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including:
    • Agile delivery
    • DevOps
    • CI/CD
    • Test automation
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture to define roadmaps and deliver with speed and quality
  • Align engineering work to business outcomes and measure success using KPIs, including:
    • Velocity

  • Build and maintain a high-talent, high-accountability culture through:

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams and product areas
  • Proven experience leading cloud-native teams in:
    • AWS
    • Azure
    • GCP
  • Experience working in remote-first, globally distributed environments
  • Track record delivering enterprise software in regulated settings, including:
    • SOC2
    • HIPAA
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels
  • Deep understanding of modern SDLC practices, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • Jira
    • Azure DevOps
    • GitHub
  • Ability to drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and platform evolution
  • Working knowledge of both cloud-based and on-prem applications
  • Comfort using engineering metrics and data to guide decisions
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
