What You’ll Do
⦁ Design and develop new products, features, and improvements for Esprow’s web-based technologies
⦁ Solve complex problems across web development, infrastructure, financial messaging APIs, and real client use cases
⦁ Contribute to architectural decisions and drive clean, scalable backend design
⦁ Collaborate closely with the Development Manager and a small development team to deliver on time and with quality
⦁ Suggest product and process improvements that make the team faster and the platform stronger
⦁ Document your code and your domain, and share knowledge with the team
⦁ Support development infrastructure improvements and help keep production healthy
⦁ Assist with technical interviews and occasionally help Support resolve client-facing technical issues
What You Need
⦁ Strong core Java experience with clean, maintainable OO code and solid pattern knowledge
⦁ Extensive Spring Framework experience (Boot, MVC, Security, Data JPA/Hibernate, AOP)
⦁ Experience building RESTful APIs and familiarity with WebSocket APIs
⦁ Strong experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
⦁ Experience deploying and maintaining web apps in production
⦁ Comfort with common tooling: Git, Maven, Artifactory, Jenkins, code reviews, monitoring, and deployment workflows
⦁ Working knowledge of adjacent tech (basic front-end awareness like HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript, React or similar, plus DevOps/infrastructure concepts)
⦁ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through testing and support phases
⦁ English proficiency (basic or higher)
⦁ Bachelor’s/College degree in CS/IT or equivalent
