Schedule
• Full-time
• Remote (U.S. based; USC or GC required)
• Daily video stand-ups via MS Teams
• Hybrid optional depending on location

Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance the PULSE autonomous coding engine and related full stack features
• Build high-quality, peer-reviewed code with strong computer science fundamentals
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business development teams
• Participate in product feature planning and regular demos
• Mentor junior developers and guide engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and remove development blockers
• Apply architectural thinking to new feature requests and system improvements
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment
• Learn and integrate new languages and technologies as needed
• Work in a self-organizing Agile team with a strong quality culture

Requirements
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong programming skills with deep Java expertise
• Solid CS fundamentals and experience building production applications
• Ability to learn legacy systems and new technologies independently
• Experience with Agile development, including video stand-ups
• Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD
• Strong debugging skills and ability to break down complex problems
• Ability to design high-level architecture for new challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following:
• AWS services and SDK usage
• Linux scripting, Git, Rundeck, Slack API
• Regular expressions
• NLP and document formatting/OCR (XML, JSON, PDF, HL7)

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
