- Travel: Company offsites ~2x/year
- Compensation: Estimated base $120K–$195K + equity
What You’ll Do
- Ship iOS features that increase activation, spend, and retention (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit).
- Partner with PM, Design, and Backend (.NET) to define, design, and deliver user value quickly.
- Investigate and optimize flows using analytics, experiments, and user feedback.
- Raise quality via code reviews, automated tests, and fit-for-purpose architecture.
- Improve CI/CD, release health, and adopt AI tooling to speed development.
- Explore new iOS capabilities (e.g., SwiftUI, Combine, recent WWDC features) for product wins.
- Establish scalable patterns and best practices for a growing mobile codebase.
What You Need
- 5+ years building consumer iOS apps with shipped features at scale.
- Proficiency in Swift with UIKit and/or SwiftUI; strong debugging and performance skills.
- Data-driven mindset (A/B testing, analytics) and comfort owning problem → solution.
- Clear communicator who thrives cross-functionally and documents decisions well.
- Bonus: cards/payments/lending domain, fraud/risk exposure, .NET backend integration, rewards/gamification, participation in iOS betas.
