- Client-facing role with discovery calls and creative presentations
Responsibilities
- Lead creative concepting for digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals, preferences, and brand identity
- Research competitor and market design trends
- Collaborate with copywriters to produce cohesive, high-performing ad creative
- Design marketing collateral including emails, landing pages, social graphics, and print materials
- Present and “sell” creative ideas to clients with clear design rationale
- Guide branding projects (visual positioning, typography, color, logos, icons)
- Develop multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new creative perspectives to the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio of digital marketing creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia design
- Experience adapting designs for websites, social media, email, and digital ads
- Ability to build and execute strategic creative concepts
- Strong understanding of user behavior and digital ad platforms
- Excellent time management across multiple projects
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate, give feedback, and elevate team output
