What You’ll Do
- Influence engineering team strategy and product architecture
- Write technical specifications for new features
- Oversee grooming sessions and delegate feature estimations
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical interviews
- Develop new product features and contribute heavily to codebase
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and retrospectives
What You Need
- 5+ years of software development experience with Full Stack web focus
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical decisions
- Enterprise engineering and MVC architecture experience preferred
- Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL (or equivalent: Ruby, Node.js, React, Angular, Postgres, etc.)
- Desire for a hands-on coding role (not management, though growth opportunities exist)
Compensation
- $170,000 – $220,000 annually, plus potential equity for outstanding performance
