You’ll lead end-to-end projects, set standards, and build core components like auth, user management, workflow orchestration, and patient profiles, meaning your work hits everything and everyone.

What You’ll Do
- Own full-stack projects from design through deployment on 4–6 week timelines
- Drive the architecture, standards, and reliability for shared services and core platform components
- Build and maintain systems across: authentication, user management, workflow orchestration, patient profiles, and related foundations
- Champion automated testing, code quality, and best practices across your pod and the broader org
- Collaborate and mentor teammates to elevate technical standards and share knowledge
- Ramp quickly: ship meaningful code in 30 days, lead projects to completion in 60 days, and shape roadmap/process improvements by 90 days
What You Need
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript and React experience
- Strong backend and database skills with end-to-end full-stack delivery experience
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, including correct verb semantics and status codes
- Ability to break down complex requirements and UI designs into deliverable tasks and build intuitive, high-performance UIs
- Track record leading complex projects with strong accountability, quality, and timeliness
- Experience in late-stage startups or similarly fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Strong testing, automation, and technical excellence mindset
- Strong IC energy with interest in growing toward Staff/Tech Lead
