This is a high-impact senior engineering role on the core pharmacy management platform that runs House Rx’s most critical workflows. You’ll own full-stack projects end-to-end, shape architecture and standards, and ship meaningful improvements fast in a daily-release environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead full-stack projects from design through deployment on 4–6 week timelines
- Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and database-driven features powering the core platform
- Shape architecture, enforce design principles, and uphold reliability and scalability standards
- Champion automated testing, code quality, and engineering best practices across the pod and org
- Ramp quickly: ship meaningful code in 30 days, own pod-level projects in 60 days, and contribute to roadmap improvements by 90 days
What You Need
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Full-stack generalist skill set with a backend/database lean and strong API-building ability
- Strong TypeScript and React experience
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, including correct verb semantics and status codes
- Ability to break down complex product requirements and UI designs into deliverable tasks and build intuitive, high-performance UIs
- Experience in late-stage startups or similarly fast-paced environments
- Strong testing, automation, and technical excellence mindset
- Comfortable as a strong individual contributor with interest in growing toward Staff/Tech Lead
- Bias for action and ability to drive initiatives forward with pragmatic, well-designed solutions
