Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps
- Lead Enlyte’s cloud-first migration, focusing on .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and containerization
- Design scalable, resilient architectures leveraging Azure services, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Kubernetes
- Champion CI/CD adoption and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches
- Spearhead data handling, data retention automation, and machine learning deployment strategies
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and best practices
- Conduct architecture review boards and provide technical guidance across business units
- Develop observability and disaster recovery solutions to optimize performance and reliability
- Partner with senior leadership, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment of business and technology goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles
- Proven experience in cloud-native solution design (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Expertise in modern application architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven)
- Hands-on experience with .NET technologies and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of security architecture and compliance standards (NIST, HIPAA, etc.)
- Successful track record in modernization and large-scale cloud migration initiatives
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers’ compensation
- Knowledge of claims processing systems and workflows
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data regulations
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent
