What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary engineer and Level 3 support for MDM, VDI, and TAM tools
- Design, implement, and optimize deployments, seeking cost and efficiency gains
- Script and automate tasks with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Integrate products and streamline administration with APIs and automation pipelines
- Participate in product selection and guide strategy for end-user computing systems
- Provide technical training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across teams
- Support critical operations including after-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You Need
- Technical expertise in End User Computing: device management (Workspace ONE), asset management tools (Axonius, Jira Insight), and VDI (Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Proficiency with device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and DevOps pipeline experience (Terraform, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (O365, Google Workspace, Slack)
- Knowledge of SSO and MFA solutions (Okta, DUO, EntraID)
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical peers and executive leadership
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience architecting or engineering end-user computing technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Compensation
- Salary range: $92,000 – $115,000 annually
- Eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term compensation
