Lead the standardization and optimization of DevOps practices in a fast-growing SaaS company. PatientNow is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive automation, scalability, and observability across our AWS ecosystem while enabling secure and resilient systems for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and standardize CI/CD frameworks for enterprise-level software delivery
  • Lead DevOps strategy, scaling environment management and automation
  • Serve as SME across containerization, orchestration, observability, and artifact management
  • Manage branching strategies across repositories
  • Establish monitoring with Datadog and AWS-native tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, highly available systems
  • Automate database deployments and integrate testing into pipelines
  • Architect infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK)
  • Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years supporting distributed software development teams
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD frameworks and AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Strong automation experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, and databases
  • Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Go, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools (GitHub, Terraform, Docker, Artifactory, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Jira)
  • Experience with Linux-based system administration
  • Strong observability background with Datadog, CloudWatch, and APM/logging tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
