What You’ll Do
- Develop and standardize CI/CD frameworks for enterprise-level software delivery
- Lead DevOps strategy, scaling environment management and automation
- Serve as SME across containerization, orchestration, observability, and artifact management
- Manage branching strategies across repositories
- Establish monitoring with Datadog and AWS-native tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, highly available systems
- Automate database deployments and integrate testing into pipelines
- Architect infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK)
- Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years supporting distributed software development teams
- Deep expertise in CI/CD frameworks and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Strong automation experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, and databases
- Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Go, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (GitHub, Terraform, Docker, Artifactory, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Jira)
- Experience with Linux-based system administration
- Strong observability background with Datadog, CloudWatch, and APM/logging tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
