What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and manage AWS-based infrastructure
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or GitHub Actions
- Manage and scale containerized applications with Docker and ECS/Fargate
- Monitor systems proactively for scalability, availability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot production and development issues
- Collaborate with development teams to improve performance, security, and maintainability
- Manage and optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
What You Need
- 5+ years of DevOps or related experience
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong background in containerization (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline design and monitoring tool experience (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
- Database management (SQL/NoSQL)
- PHP experience
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Background in agile environments or startups
Compensation
- $200,000 – $225,000 annually, plus potential equity for outstanding performance
